Reset Your Personal Voicemail PIN

Contents

Overview

When accessing your voicemail by desk phone or calling into the college remotely, you will be prompted to provide a PIN. This is the password to your voicemail and can be reset independently online.

Before resetting your PIN, check to see if the default PIN of 321654 works. If so, you will be immediately prompted by the voicemail system to change your PIN to whatever you choose.
