Overview
If you no longer need work done on an open ticket, you can withdraw the request to notify the technician that the issue is no longer affecting you.
Instructions
- Navigate to the Client Portal at http://saultcollege.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/Home
- In the top right corner, click Sign In
- At the top of the page, click Services
- On the sub-menu that appears, click Ticket Requests
- Click the name of the ticket that you would like to withdraw
- At the top of the page, click the Withdraw Request button
- Choose a reason for withdrawing the request, and optionally add comments
- Click Withdraw
Your request will be withdrawn and the ticket closed.
