Withdrawing a Ticket in the Client Portal

Overview

If you no longer need work done on an open ticket, you can withdraw the request to notify the technician that the issue is no longer affecting you.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Client Portal at http://saultcollege.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/Home
  2. In the top right corner, click Sign In
  3. At the top of the page, click Services
  4. On the sub-menu that appears, click Ticket Requests
  5. Click the name of the ticket that you would like to withdraw
  6. At the top of the page, click the Withdraw Request button
  7. Choose a reason for withdrawing the request, and optionally add comments
  8. Click Withdraw

Your request will be withdrawn and the ticket closed.
