Viewing your Tickets in the Client Portal

Overview

 You can use the Client Portal to view, comment on, or update your existing ticket requests.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Client Portal at http://saultcollege.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/Home
  2. In the top right corner, click Sign In
  3. In the top left of the Client Portal home page, click the View My Requests button
  4. Alternately, at the top of the page, click Services
  5. On the sub-menu that appears, click Ticket Requests

On this page, you can see all of your ticket requests. Use the filters at the top to view requests by status class, department, service, and more.
To view details about a request, click its name.

There are a number of ways to submit a ticket in the Client Portal.
If you no longer need work done on an open ticket, you can withdraw the request to notify the technician that the issue is no longer affecting you.
