Need help?  This is a free service for students who are experiencing issues with their personal devices / or applications being used during their study at the college. 

This request can be used for services like Email, LMS, Office 365, Portal (my.saultcollege.ca), Teams, Wifi/Network, OneDrive and Sharepoint, Respondus Lockdown Browser, Mobile Phones and Tablets, Printing, Security Awareness and Best Practices, and Software Installations!

The Students Helping Students team work limited hours out of the Ron Doyle Library.

When is this service available?

This service typically runs from September to April, with additional availability based on demand. Due to more than 500 students being registered on-campus in Summer 2024, we have scheduled the team to be available during this summer semester as well. 

How much does this service cost?

This service is offered free of charge.
