Need help?  This is a free service for students who are experiencing issues with their personal devices / or applications being used during their study at the college. 

This request can be used for services like Email, LMS, Office 365, Portal (my.saultcollege.ca), Teams, Wifi/Network, OneDrive and Sharepoint, Respondus Lockdown Browser, Mobile Phones and Tablets, Printing, Security Awareness and Best Practices, and Software Installations!

The Students Helping Students team work everyday out of the Ron Doyle Library. Hours vary , so you view the live calendar here!

This service is currently running year round with limited hours which are posted on LMS, in the StudentsHelpingStudents@saultcollege.ca calendar, and can be viewed here.
