This service allows employees to:
- Request a new account be created for a new student, employee, or guest
- Request details related to an account be modified, such as extension of expiry date or name change
Who can request this service?
- For new employee accounts: Faculty and Staff with hiring authority and their delegates
- For all other requests: Faculty and Staff
When is this service available?
This service is available during regular business hours.
Before you request this service, you will need to...
- Know the employee ID, username, or email address of the account to be updated
- For name changes, know the original and new name
