Meeting Room Setup Request

- Should the calendar show the name of the meeting organizer, or just “Busy”? (Choose: Organizer name / Busy only)
- Who should be able to see the room’s availability? (Everyone / Specific group — please list group name or members)
- Who should be able to book the room? (Everyone / Specific group — please list group name or members)
- Do you want someone assigned as a calendar manager (delegate)? (Yes / No — if yes, provide their email address)
What is a delegate?
A delegate is a user who can manage the room’s calendar directly. They can add, modify, or delete meetings and see full details of all bookings. This provides a fallback if meeting organizers are unavailable.
