When is this service available?

This service is available during regular business hours.

Before you request this service, you will need to...

To request a new meeting room, please include the following information in your request.

  1. Name for the room
  2. Room number
  3. Capacity of room
  4. Is there an extension associated with this new meeting room? Please provide.
  5. Do you want the "name of the meeting organizer" to be visible to everyone in the calendar, or just the word "Busy"?
  6. Do you require a delegate to have the option to manage the meeting room's calendar or do you want meeting organizers to just manage their own calendar items?
    NOTE: Having a delegate would provide a fallback in case a meeting organizer is unavailable for changes.

What is a delegate? -  A delegate is a user who has permissions to manage a calendar directly, they can delete or add meetings, and can see all particulars of any scheduled meeting.
