Submit an Asset to Be Supported by IT

To support the college inventory of end-user devices, it is important that all devices be entered and managed within our Asset Inventory database.  This is important to get the most out of our college assets, to know what equipment is available for new hires, what equipment requires upgrading or replacement.  

Each year, department managers will be provided with a list of assets assigned to employees within their area.  If a device is in the possession of an employee or within the department as a spare or shared device, and does not appear on the list, it must be submitted through this service to be inventoried.  Any device not in our inventory will not receive support until it has been inventoried.
