This service is available during regular business hours.
What can an automatic reply be used for?
Use this service to request an automatic reply for a mailbox. Automatic replies are commonly used for Out of Office messages, but they may also be used to acknowledge receipt of an email, provide a temporary notice, advise of a service interruption, or direct senders to another contact.
This service may be requested by Administrator, Faculty, or Staff and is available during regular business hours.
Before submitting your request, please provide the mailbox name and email address, the message to be sent, and the dates and times when the automatic reply should be active, if applicable.
This service is not required if adding a automatic reply to your own mailbox. In Outlook, click FILE --> Automatic Replies to set your own.
