How to create your own personal Bookings Page (Bookwithme)

Overview

Microsoft Bookings offers a feature called “Bookings with me”, which allows you to create a personalized booking page for scheduling meetings and appointments. Here’s how you can set it up:

  1. Access Your Bookings with Me Page:

  2. Setup Process:

    • Upon opening your new Bookings with me page (Bookings dashboard), you’ll notice the “Get started…” pane.
    • Create a simple public meeting by clicking the plus sign within the Public meeting pane. This action also initiates the Bookings page setup process.
    • Customize your meeting type by entering a title (e.g., “Coffee Chat”) and other settings.
    • Explore and customize additional settings such as category, description, location (physical or online), duration, visibility (public or private), and more.
  3. Completion and Sharing:

    • Once you complete the setup, your Bookings with me page will be ready.
    • Check the progress bar to ensure setup is done (fully colored) and the Share button is enabled.
    • Personalize your page by changing the banner image.
    • Use the Share button to copy the link to your public Booking page and share it with others.
  4. Use Cases:

    • You can use your personalized booking page for various purposes:
      • Scheduling coffee chats, meetings, or consultations.
      • Letting others know your availability.
      • Allowing people to book time with you based on mutual calendar availability.
