Overview

Occasionally you may run into an issue where a webpage isn't displaying the content you are expecting or your experiencing an issue with a particular website.  If the issue is limited to a small number of websites try these steps to see if the issue is resolved.  Our Student Portal at my.saultcollege.ca does experience this issue for some users.

One of the first things to try in troubleshooting this issue is to open the website using an Incognito (InPrivate or Private) window.  If the website opens fine then you should clear your web browser's cache to make the change permanent.
