Clockwork Cloud - How to Install

Overview

March 2022 Student Services Migrated to ClockWork Cloud.  These instructions a for those who've been granted access to the software.

Instructions

Before you will be able to install this software a ticket, from the Student Services Clockwork Admin, will need to be submitted.  Once Service Desk grants you to the appropriate access you will be able to install and run the software on any corporate device.

To install the software:

  • From the StartMenu, run Company Portal on your computer
    • Click the Windows Start menu
    • Search for Company Portal and run it

  • Once open, click the ClockWork offering

  • Click Install to start the installation

  • Wait a few minutes for the software to install.  Once installed you will see the below window pop up in the bottom right hand corner of your desktop

  • It will now be added to your Start menu along side your older client
  • Make sure to run ClockWork and not ClockWork 5 to access the Cloud version

  • You will then be prompted to login with your email address. 
  • If you've been granted access from your Student Services Clockwork Administrator, enter your Email address to login and Register your device

Once you can see the above login screen please move to the next step of registering your copy of the software and logging on.
