ClockWork Cloud - How to Register and Login

Overview

After you have installed Clockwork Cloud from the Company Portal, these are the steps to follow to start using the program.

Instructions

1. Open ClockWork from the Start Menu. ClockWork icons are in a group called
TechnoPro.

Note: if you have both on-premises (ClockWork 5) and the hosted version installed, will click on the icon called ClockWork.

2. ClockWork recognizes it has not been initialized and prompts the user for their email address.  Make sure to use your real email address (first.last@saultcollege.ca) and not your username (FirstInitial+Lastname@saultcollege.ca) like your Microsoft login requires.

3. Enters your email address and click Register device
4. ClockWork searches your ClockWork instance and attempts to match your email
address with a username
5. If ClockWork finds a match, it will email a verification code to your email address.
6. ClockWork will then prompt you to enter the verification code

7. Enter the verification code you received in the email and click Submit.
8. ClockWork then allows you to login.
9. If this is the first time you login since the initial installation, you will be asked to set your password.

Note: All passwords were cleared during the migration to the cloud. If your account was created pre-migration, then you will just be asked to enter a new password.
Note: When creating any Staff accounts after migration to the cloud, a temporary password will be assigned.  After you log on, you will be asked to create a new password.

10. From that point on, you will only need to enter your username and password to logon, as ClockWork has been registered on your computer.
