In order for Students and Faculty to have access to Adobe CC using a college Student Named License (SNL) they will need to be added to Adobe's website. Starting in 2020 fall, Sault College started using Student Name Licenses as a means to purchasing licenses, for teaching and studying.  The advantage is that we can buy licenses at a discount.  The disadvantage is that we need to purchase a minimum of 100 licenses for the first purchase and 50 for additional batches if we require.

In order to grant users access to use Adobe Creative Cloud users will first have to have a license.  Once a corporate or academic license is purchased you can follow these instructions.

If you are noticing that your PDF documents are automatically loading into your web browser you may be experiencing a limited number of feature.  A few options you will loose are: Can't sign a document, can't leave comments and can't open fillable PDF forms.

If you have an Adobe Creative Cloud license then you have access to use a limited number of "Request Signatures" using the Adobe Fill & Sign feature.  Users can always use Fill & Sign using the manual method but this article discusses the SYSTEM that Adobe provides.
