When working off-site or from home, you may want to access your voicemail and voicemail settings. This can be done from any phone by calling in or using the Webex mobile application, or by computer through the Webex desktop application or the Webex User Hub.

Staff, Faculty
- Dial the college telephone number from any phone at 705-759-2554.
- When the automated attendant answers, press the * (star) key.
- You will be welcomed to the Webex Voice Portal and prompted to enter your extension number, followed by the # (pound) key.
- You will then be prompted to enter your voicemail PIN, followed by the # (pound) key.
- e.g. 123434#
- If you are unsure of your voicemail PIN, the default PIN is 321654. You will be prompted to change your voicemail PIN to a custom one after entering it once.
- If your voicemail PIN is still not working, please reference the article to Reset Your Voicemail PIN.
- You should now be in your voicemail account and can access your messages by pressing 1.
- Download and install the Webex app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
- Launch the application and choose 'Sign in'.
- When prompted for an email, use your shortened Sault College email. This is typically your first initial and last name, with @saultcollege.ca at the end.
- e.g. jsmith@saultcollege.ca
- You will be redirected through our Sault College sign-in page, which will ask for your password. This is the same password as your Sault College account. Afterwards, it will confirm your identity using the multi-factor authentication method tied to your account. This is typically a text message or phone call sent to your personal cell phone with a code. If you are unable to log in here, please contact the Service Desk for assistance.
- Once logged in, you will be able to access your voicemail by selecting the 'Calling' tab at the bottom, then the 'Voicemail' sub-menu.
- If you are using a Sault College issued laptop, the Webex desktop application will be automatically installed on your computer. You can launch it by opening the start menu and typing 'Webex' to search your computer for the application.
- If you are not using a Sault College issued laptop and are using a personal laptop instead, you will need to install the Webex desktop application yourself. You can access the download from the official website here.
- Inside of the application, you can access your voicemail from the 'Voicemail' tab on the left column.
- If you use a shared phone line and would like to access the voicemail for your other lines, there's a button to switch voicemail inboxes near the top bar.
- The Webex User Hub can be accessed through a web browser at the link https://user.webex.com/.

- Once you have logged into the User Hub, you can access the voicemail menu by choosing 'Settings' in the left menu. Then, choose the 'Calling' sub-menu. Then, choose the 'Voicemail' sub-menu. Finally, choose 'Manage voicemails' to view a list of voicemail recordings.
