Install 7-Zip 64-bit for Windows

Go to the file share \\\\vmitfs01p\SupportServices\End-User Software\Windows\RobotStudio Software and install Robot Studio 2021.2.

Right-click the file, select 7-Zip, and then click Extract Here. Navigate to RobotStudio 2020.1.2/RobotStudio/setup.exe and run as administrator

Select English
Select Install the Microsoft .Net Framework 4.8 Web. (Takes roughly 15 minutes to download)
Select Yes to restart now.

Once computer has rebooted, navigate to RobotStudio 2020.1.2/RobotStudio/setup.exe and run as administrator.
Select Next >.

Check, "I accept the terms in the license agreement" and select Next >.

Select Accept.

Select Next >.
Check Complete and click Next >.
Click Install (Roughly 10 minuts to install)
Click Finish. It will now prompt you to restart your computer. Click Yes.

Open Robot Studio 2020. When opening up program, you will be prompted to activate the license. Select Network License and click Next. Type LICROBOTSTUDIO and click Finish.

Here is a list of the required add-ins, PowerPac and other various features.
For installing PowerPacs, click the link below and download the required PowerPac. Each PowerPac will have to be extracted before you’ll be able to run the setup.exe file.

Extract files by right-clicking the file name and selecting 7-zip and click extract here. Once files are extracted, navigate to ABB Palletizing PowerPac 2020.1.exe and install the file as .\its account. Select Next >.

Change Organization to say, "Sault College".

Check Complete for setup type and click Next >. Then click Install and Finish. You will repeat this process for every PowrPac that needs to be installed.

Installing an Add-in. Open the Robot Studio and select the tab, Add-in. You will see a search bar below; you can search for the specific add-in you wish to install. Each Add-in will be installed in the exact same way. I will Install, External Axis Wizzard for example.

Type External Axis Wizard in the search bar and select the add-in. When you select the add-in, a side panel will appear on the right with a dropdown menu to select what version you want to install and click Add. Repeat this process until every Add-in is installed.
Add-ins
For installing add-ins, go to the add-ins tab and you’ll see a search field where you can enter items you are looking for. So for example, if you type in Robot Ware, it will open a side panel that will allow you to download firmware.

For RobotWare, its the same process as installing an add-in. Just type in the search bar, “RobotWare” and select RobotWare for IRC5. From there, just select the required version and click add.

Once the file is downloaded, extract files by right-clicking file, selecting 7-zip, and clicking Extract Here. Then Navigate to SDK\FlexPendant SDK 6.11 and setup.exe as admin.

Select Next >.
Check, “I accept the terms in the license agreement” and click Next >.
Change Organization to, “Sault College”.
Check Complete and click Next and then click Install. Then click Finish.
Installation should now be finished. Remember to Freeze the computer.
