Each year we will get email reminders from prosupport@3dorganon.com regarding the renewal.

I found out from Joanna MacDougall

  1. This is an ITS project that was started by Dale and she is the volunteer lead in her area
  2. ITS renews the licenses and pays for it.  ChartField for 2023 was 6321-1-10031-0000-00000 - Check with Maggie or Fran if code has changed
  3. Joe Seeber has worked with her in the past to set this up
  4. The software is used on the VR Headsets, so the licenses go onto specific headsets. They use the headsets in the labs, so they don't get assigned to specific to students. Joanna keeps one instructor license on her headset and then we keep the other on a second headset for other faculty and tutors to use.

  5. The renewal is for:

    1. Two (2) - Standalone VR PREMIUM licenses, 12 months subscription
    2. Thirty Five (35) - Standalone VR STANDARD licenses, 12 months subscription
