How to Order Presenter Media for BScn

Overview

Presenter Media is a Web License being used in the BSCN program.  Barbie Blair has lead this project and is our contact for licensing (2021, 2022, 2023 ... )

Instructions

  1. Open the SoftwareLicensing Database to track/update/reference these licenses
  2. A Scheduled Ticket has been created that will automatically open on October 25 each year.
  3. Submit a Purchase Req and update the ticket with the number
  4. Ask Barbie to send the renewal email to softwareadmin@saultcollege.ca and purchasing@saultcollege.ca
    1. When you receive the email from Barbie then let Central Stores know that they can 'enter receiving':  Email:centralstores@saultcollege.ca.

The below are the instruction to provide to Purchasing to complete this order, which are part of the Scheduled Ticket.  Make sure to review these below steps to acquire the cost to be added to the Purchase Req.

Below are the instruction to purchase Presenter Media 

  1. Go to www.presentermedia.com
    1. username: barbara.blair@saultcollege.ca
    2. password: Future12 (2022 password) {Barbie maintains this password, you'll need to reach out to her for any updates
  2. Click the emojin in the top right hand corner Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  3. Click MyAccount
  4. Click the Blue button titled: View Multi-Seat ManagementUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  5. Under the Update & Renew Multi-Seat License section click the blue button titled: RENEW MULTI-SEAT $300.00
  6. Leave account information as Barbara Blair ...
  7. Choose Payment Method, most likely CARD
  8. Click Proceed to Review
  9. NOTE: I asked Barbie to forward the email she receives after the order has been complete to myself and purchasing@saultcollege.ca
