Articulate 360 - How to install

Overview

Articulate 360 is a suite of applications designed for e-learning course development. It includes tools like Storyline 360 for creating custom courses, Rise 360 for building responsive courses, Content Library 360 for accessing a vast array of course assets, Review 360 for streamlining the review process, and Articulate 360 Training for providing live and on-demand training. The download instructions detail the process of obtaining the Articulate 360 suite. To download the suite, one must first be assigned a seat. After logging in to the Articulate 360 website, the user can download the desktop apps, which include Storyline 360, Studio 360, Replay 360, and Peek 360. The installation should be done using an admin account. The subscription model ensures users receive continuous updates and new features, but this needs to be turned off in using VIA AppsAnywhere, but not on local install.

Downloading the installer

Requirement: to get access to the download you must first be assigned a seat or speak to someone who has access to a seat.
Articulate 360 Subscription - Assigning Licenses.  If you don't have a license you won't see the Download Desktop Apps in the below steps.

1. Login at https://360.articulate.com/ or have a user login to their portal
2. At the bottom right of the page click Download Desktop Apps
3. Click Start Download, this will download 4 programs in the suite
   1. Storyline 360
   2. Studio 360
   3. Replay 360
   4. Peek 360
4. Install (need to install using an admin account such as intunedeviceadmin)
