Renewal Process Overview - How to Renew Your JetBrains Educational License
Scheduled Tickets
A scheduled ticket has been set to automatically open a tracking ticket, which will be assign it to Solutions Specialists each year. This automatic ticket is set to open on the 2nd Friday of September.
Email Notification
Approximately two weeks before your current educational license expires, JetBrains will send you an automatic email reminder to renew the licenses.
The email will contain a link to a renewal form where you must verify your eligibility and submit the request.
License Certificate
Upon approval, JetBrains will send you an email confirming that your license has been renewed.
The License Certificate** will be attached to this email. You will need this certificate to activate your licenses.
License Management
You can access and manage your classroom licenses via your JetBrains Account, registered with your email address.
If you need to pass the license management to colleagues or share access with them, you can invite them as administrators.
Approval Process
After submitting the form, the approval process may take a few days. Once approved, you will receive an email with your License Certificate.
License Activation
The email will also include a link to activate the renewed licenses. Simply click on the link to activate your licenses and continue using JetBrains tools.
