Overview

When accessing your voicemail for the first time, you will be prompted to record your name that will be placed into default voicemail greetings.

If you would like to set a personalized voicemail greeting, you can record them by connecting to your voicemail or by accessing the Webex User Hub. Personalized greetings will override the default greetings.

Default Greetings

  • Busy Greeting: "<Recorded Name> is busy and cannot take your call. Please leave a message after the tone. Press the pound key to end recording."

Personalized Greetings

  • Busy Greeting: Plays when your status is set to 'Do Not Disturb' in the Webex client or on your phone.
  • No Answer Greeting: Plays if you do not answer the call.
