Articulate 360 - How to Login for the first time

These instructions guide you, a new Articulate 360 user, through the initial setup and usage. After receiving an invitation email and creating your Articulate ID, you’ll log in to the Articulate 360 website. You’ll then access your account using AppsAnywhere, which allows you to access your apps and resources.

Getting access to Articulate 360 applications

If you require access to an Articulate 360 application, such as Storyline 360, you'll need to be provided an account.  If you haven't received one yet, please reach out to your faculty member.

When a license has been assigned to you you will receive an email, similar to the one below.

Invitation Email

Check your email for the Articulate 360 invitation
Click on the Link in the email.  You will then be brought to Articulate 360 website where you will be able to create your new Articulate ID.

Signing up for the first time

Use your college Email Address to get started

Students: firstname.lastname@student.saultcollege.ca
Staff: firstname.lastname@saultcollege.ca

Fill out all the required fields and click Sign Up at the bottom of the form

Verify your email address

1. Once the form has been submitted, Check your email.
2. You will see a link in this email.  Once clicked, the Account Setup is complete.

Logging in for the first time

After verifying your email you will be brought to the Articulate 360 website where you can login for the first time.

1. Login with the email address you used to setup your account, and your Articulate 360 password.
   Remember: Your Articulate 360 password is separate from your college password.  If you forget your new password, at anytime, simply use the Forgot Password link on their website.
2. Review an Accept the terms of use title: You've Been Invite to an Articulate 360 Team

Congratulations: Now that you've been able to login to the Articulate 360 website your account has official been setup.

Using Articulate 360 software with your new account

Not that you’ve setup your Articulate 360 account, you can access your software using AppsAnywhere. Articulate 360 will use your default web browser for the sign-in process. Here’s how it works:

1. Go to https://appsanywhere.saultcollege.ca
   1. Login
   2. Locate the program you are looking to run, such as Storyline 360, and click launch
   3. Cloudpaging Player should open where you will see the progress of the installation
   4. Once it's in a running state the program should then open on your computer
   5. Click the ‘Sign In’ button
   6. You will then see the Sign in to Articulate 360 windows
      1. Click Sign In
   7. Your default web browser will open to the Articulate sign-in screen
   8. Enter your Articulate ID (which is your email address), click Continue, and then enter your password.
   9. After signing in via your browser, the Articulate 360 desktop app will automatically load, in addition to the program you choose from AppsAnywhere (such as Storyline 360), granting access to all available apps and resources.
      NOTE: If you are using a personal computer, with administrator access, you will have access to use all Articulate 360 Desktop Application.  College Lab computers don't provide Administrator access so installation additional software will not be available.

Remember: for security reasons, Articulate 360 automatically signs you out every 30 days or after 7 days of inactivity. So, you’ll need to repeat these steps when you’re signed out.
