AppsAnywhere Vendor Access Process

Overview

AppsAnywhere technicians have been provided these steps but if a technician experiences issues these are the steps they'd need to follow.

Instructions

1. Navigate to https://vmrdcb02p.saultcollege.ca
2. Login using the va-software2 account {In Keepass}
3. Click the VendorAccess Link
4. An RDP file will be downloaded
   If you receive a security warning, click Keep
5. Click Open File
6. Click Connect when prompted
7. Login with the same account as Step 2 
8. You will then be connected to the RDP session
9. From here access to the needed servers have been configured
