AppsAnywhere Vendor Access Process

Overview

AppsAnywhere technicians have been provided these steps but if a technician experiences issues these are the steps they'd need to follow.

Instructions

Setup VPN access first

As MFA can only be configured for one user at a time, each time a new AppsAnywhere technicians need access MFA needs to be reset.

ITS Instructions

To reset MFA

Reach out to Infrastructure Team asking for MFA to be reset on the va-software2 account.  You could say, "A new AppsAnywhere technician needs access to the vendor VPN, using the va-software2 account, to makes changes to the AppsAnywhere environment.  Can you reset the MFA on that account so the new technician can gain access?"
