AppsAnywhere technicians have been provided these steps but if a technician experiences issues these are the steps they'd need to follow.
Instructions
Setup VPN access first
Open Cisco Seccure Client program
scvpn.saultcollege.ca should be pre-populated if it has been setup on your PC. If this field isn't populated
- Type scvpn.saultcollege.ca and click Connect

As MFA can only be configured for one user at a time, each time a new AppsAnywhere technicians need access MFA needs to be reset.
ITS Instructions
To reset MFA
Reach out to Infrastructure Team asking for MFA to be reset on the va-software2 account. You could say, "A new AppsAnywhere technician needs access to the vendor VPN, using the va-software2 account, to makes changes to the AppsAnywhere environment. Can you reset the MFA on that account so the new technician can gain access?"

Connecting to the Sault College AppsAnywhere Servers
- Navigate to https://vmrdcb02p.saultcollege.ca
- Login using the va-software2 account {In Keepass}

- Click the VendorAccess Link

- An RDP file will be downloaded
