Getting Started with Insight - Completed 2023
Installation of the software has to be coordinated with Syntec Insight Salon Software technical support as they are the ones that activate the software.
Once installed, follow along with the following video to help guide you through the initial setup of the software: Getting Started with Insight Video Instruction.
If the videos don't answer all the questions, faculty and IT can call support. And if there is a need training can be arranged.

Faculty Installs on laptops for Class Prep
Insight -Salon has approved free copies of the software to be installed for faculty for learning processes.
To complete the install, the InsightDownloader.exe file is required. It can be obtained by:
- Navigate to https://salon-software.com/
- Click, Try Insight for Free
- Fill out the form
- Click Windows under the Download section

Our customer file has been updated so they are aware that our faculty need a copy for learning purposes, at no charge, but tech support assistance is required to license it.
