How to Create a Personal Calendar in Microsoft Outlook

Overview

Creating additional Outlook calendars can be helpful in sorting the type of meetings you are scheduling. For example, you could create a calendar for Personal Appointments or a calendar for project deliverables, or more.  You can also share your calendar with colleagues but be aware that if a group of people are dependant on your calendar and you aren't available then issues may result.  If sharing a personal calendar is required then best practice would be to request that Service Desk create a new calendar on our Email Server, this way it can be managed by IT when needed.
