LMS - Creating a Non Traditional Course

Overview

A non-traditional course site can be requested if you need a sandbox environment or if the course will not reside in Sault College's Course Information System. The goal is to offer a unique learning experience that hasn't been provided before, involving the creation of a new course template and offering. This setup ensures uniformity in naming conventions and specifies key details like semester and locale. Additionally, the Facilitator role allows for flexible enrollment of employees, enhancing the course's accessibility and management. Non-traditional courses often include specialized attachments and documents to support the unique learning objectives and structure.
