2024 License batch

Two (2) – 3D Organon Standalone VR PREMIUM licenses ,12 months subscription
Ten (10) – 3D Organon Standalone VR STANDARD licenses,12 months subscription
Fifty (50) - 3D Organon Student SEATS Licenses (PC/Mobile), 12 months subscription

The license key is issued under the account: Francesca Krancevich and linked to: softwareadmin@saultcollege.ca

The Log in credentials for the license:

Login (3dorganon.com)

1. Username: softwareadmin@saultcollege.ca
2. Password: Created when you activated your 3D Organon account. If you forgot your Password, you can Reset it: Click Here
3. Standalone VR Premium License Key: EN-3DOANATVRS-PD-MEDIS1000-6QZ7RCVQF1 (use the last 10 characters or the whole key). The same also for the other Premium VR.
4. Standalone VR Standard License key : EN-3DOANATVRS-PD-MEDIS1000-UVI4CBD3YA (use the last 10 characters or the whole key). The same also for the other nine (9) Standard VR.

With respect to the 3D Organon Student SEATS License, their SUPPORT TEAM will release License Keys for this.

License key REQUEST METHOD for assigning Student SEAT Licenses for take home access

1. Collect all the usernames of those being granted a PC/Mobile take home license
2. Add them all to an Excel spreadsheet, in Column A, and save it in the XLSX format.
   1. We can also send them email addresses instead of usernames as both serve an email addresses, however, using usernames will maintain consistency with how Sault College logs into our Microsoft Accounts, which should reduce any login confusion.
      1. Students: studentnumber@saultcollege.ca
      2. Staff: firstintial+lasname@saultcollege.ca {ie bjones@saultcollege.ca}
3. When the file is ready send it to the Customer Support Team at - support@3dorganon.com
4. 3D Organon support will then upload the List onto our License Server and send us back the required licenses keys for distribution

After the license is assigned:

Each student will have a 3D Organon account under the provided email, as discusses above, with a default password (123456) which they can then change.

They will need to download 3D Organon Anatomy from the Seat License Installation Instructions they will receive and log in with their credentials.

• Password: 123456; it can be changed here

IMPORTANT NOTES:

 

1. One license is allocated per one device. Each license key is linked to a device the first time it is used. So, a license key cannot be used on an alternate device.
2. However, you can REVOKE your license if needed:
   1. Just log in to your 3D Organon’s account: https://store.3dorganon.com/ (Your credentials to log in are the same ones you use to launch 3D Organon.)
   2. Once in your account, go to:
      1. 10 “Order history and details”
      2. Select the order in question (ie: HHIXIJHXD)
      3. Click on ‘Details’
      4. Once inside of the order, you have the button ‘Revoke License’ available next to every activated license.

FAQ

How to handle PC software in a lab environment

Q: Can we install this in a lab environment at our College? Yes

A: For the Student Seats a single unique license key will be used by all of the users.  Will need to reach out to support to get this provide at for installing.

Mobile access

Q: How to be installed the mobile version?

A: Installing the application is possible through Google Play or the App Store.

Q:  Some college’s manage hundreds or thousands of licenses.  What we’ve learned is that updating a VR headset takes lots of time and can only be done one at a time.  Is there a device management system to help us manage the VR headsets updates?  We are currently using the Oculus VR headset.

A: You could use a third-party vendor such as ArborXR and ManageXR, which offer a device management platform. We can gladly put you in touch with both of the vendors with whom we have excellent working relationships.
