Overview
Pantone is a software program what works with Adobe Creative Cloud that provides a colour palette for creators. It used to be part of Adobe CC but that licensing was removed and is now sepearate. Below are the instructions on completing a purchase.
Step 1 - Signing up for the Educational Discount
Get verified and receive the coupon code (see options above):

Step 1 - Click Get Verified
Fill out the form with your information, or contact me for assistance I've I had to use my account when setting this up. The only way to get verified is to submit a Paystub (next step) with the same name of what the Form contains.
Provided a copy of your paystub when prompted. (Note: I blurred all the money related items on mine using ScreenPresso before sending)
Step 2
Provide this information to Purchasing when creating the Purchase Requist
Multi-seat purchase:
Go to https://pantone.onfastspring.com/pantone-connect-yearly-multiseat-89-99
Change the number of licenses to 10+
By doing this you've now enable the ability to enter an even higher number
Now, enter the actual number of license you want to purchase (such as 24 for the 2023 license purchase)
Click Update just below the box
Enter the coupon code (Received in Step 1)
Now we can proceed to the payment option on the right hand side and choose Credit/Debit Card
