Vyond needs to be renewed yearly, but is configured to Autorenew if the Credit Card number is up to date.

To renew:
1) go to www.vyond.com
2) Click Login
     - Username: elearning@saultcollege.ca
     - Password: {check with Jennifer Mosley as she uses the account daily for work related items}

Renew within 90 Days of Expiry

The Renew Now option will be available as long as the corresponding plan's expiry date is within 90 days from today. 

Click the SA Emoji in the to right hand corner of the screen

Payment Methods

Click EDIT to see the last four digits of the registered Credit Card.  Send a screenshot to purchasing@saultcollege.ca and have them verify that the number is still up to date.  If they numbers need updating reach out to Jennifer Mosley for the new password.  She uses this account for active day to day work.

NOTE: instead of using softwareadmin@saultcollege.ca we opted to use elearning@saultcollege.ca because whenever Jennifer resets the passwords she would have to coordinate that with Solutions Specialists, but now that it is set to one of her email addresses she retains control of account activity.

Invoices

After the automatic software renewal completes on Nov 9, go back to the portal and click the VIEW link to access and download the invoice.  Provide this download to purchasing@saultcollege.ca as an FYI and centralstores@saultcollege.ca to prove the software can be received in Peoplesoft

Changing the Credit Card on the Account

At one point Vyond was set up for Auto Renewal, using our College Credit Card.  We disabled it, but it appears to have been automatically turned back on. Since we have a schedule ticket to help us manage this, it should be ok to have the auto renewal enabled, going forward.  I was unable how to see a manual renewal option in 2024.

If we want to disable it and create a new process we'd have to reach out to their support and hope there is an answer.
