If you have identified a suspicious email, we recommend you use the Report Message tool in Microsoft Outlook to report it. This applies to the Microsoft Outlook client installed on your computer as well as the web version you can use through Office.com.

Instructions​​
Desktop Client
Open the email but don't click on any links.
In the top right hand corner the Ribbon bar, look for the Report Message icon
- Choose what you have identified the email message to be, such as Phishing
- Click Report to finish sending to Microsoft
At the top of the email you will now see this message letting you know the action was completed successfully
Web Outlook Client
If you are using the web version of Outlook you can report the message here as well.
- Click once to Open suspected Email
- In the Open Email look for the Report Messageicon in the top right hand corner
- Click the Report Messageicon
- Label the email appropriately
