STEPS on Creating Accounts

Watch this 3-minute Articulate 360 Teams overview video.

Assign seats so your users can start building e-learning. (If you’ll be creating courses, be sure to assign yourself a seat, too.)

You can do this manually, one at a time or by uploading a CSV file

Manually method

  1. one
  2. two
  3. three

CSV Method

  1. You need to create a one-column CSV with the student's email addresses in the first column, with no heading title.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  2. Click Choose File and locate the CSV that you just created
  3. Click UploadUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  4. You will now see, immediately, the results of that import.  In the below case I had to troubleshoot as I received a few errors.
    - I had to remove some older accounts that were being counted in the license count
    - Does not appear valid - For this one I just added it manually and it worked.

Deleting an Account

If asked to delete an account the system will ask you if you want to transfer the users data to another user.  Make sure to always say yes, include personal content, and check with Jennifer Mosley on who that data should be transferred too.
