How to Renew Canva Teams Subscription for Employment Solutions

Steps to Renew Subscription:

  1. Login to Canva:

    • Open your web browser and go to www.canva.com.
    • Enter your login credentials to access your Canva account.
      • username: softwareadmin@saultcollege.ca
      • password: {In Keepass for SD and SolSpec)
  2. Select the Correct Team:

    • Once logged in, ensure that the paid team is selected to verify the billing information.
    • Click on the emoji (profile icon) in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
    • Move over Teams, and select the team named Sault College ES.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  3. Access Team Settings:

    • After selecting the correct team, click on the Settings option in the same menu.
  4. Renew Subscription:

    • In the settings menu, under the Payment and plans section click on Billing.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
    • Verify that the Visa card hasn’t expired and check the next billing date. Note that the current card is set to expire in July 2026Uploaded Image (Thumbnail).
    • Make note of the cost for this year, under Subscriptions for you team: Sault College ES. Use this for your Purchase request.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
    • If the card has expired, update the ticket to indicate this and ask Purchasing to update the credit card information.
    • Put the tracking ticket on hold until the expiry date.
    • Once the software is auto-renewed, download the receipt.
      • Under Settings > Payments and Plans > Orders and invoices
  5. Post-Renewal Actions:

    • Send the receipt to Purchasing@saultcollege.ca for their tracking.
    • Also, send the receipt to centralstores@saultcollege.ca asking them to receive the software.
    • Update the Licensing Spreadsheet to reflect the new expiry date.
    • Update the Schedule Ticket if any new information is needed for the next renewal.
