Mitchel1 requires that we reset our passwords on a regular basis. We have 100 concurrent logins, with one username and password, so students have the ability to work from home, but sometimes they are using this resources in Automotive shops that are serving customers. The licenses we have are only for academic use. To assist us in abiding in the TOS we need to change the password on a regular basis.
Three schedule tickets have been created to open and remind us to make a change. The ticket owner will have the opportunity to make any changes.
To change the password there are three options:
- Contact our Sales Rep at Mitchel1 and ask they change the passwords. Check the Licenseing spreadsheet for our current rep:

- The system will have your set security questions. During log in if we click forget your password the system will ask you to confirm your security question answers and if done correctly the system with then prompt you to select a new password.

Renewal Instructions
1) Send email to our current sale representative, requesting a quote. They don't use generic email addresses, so it is possible that Scott.Pupa@mitchell1.com may leave the company one day, so to figure out a new representative, we may have to call.
